You will need to be a sales agent to earn commissions. (It is free to be a sales agent). After you purchase 49 Premium Top Text Ads for $7 you will start earning 20% on your personal sales instead of 10%. You will then be qualified to earn on 70 levels for 70 days after your purchase. To qualify again after 70 days you will need to make another $7 purchase. You will also start earning unlimited 15 cent commissions down 70 levels of members below you in your temporary downline that WE BUILD FOR YOU. You can instead earn unlimited 15 cent commissions down 7,000 levels in your temporary downline when you sell 49 Premium Top Text Ads for $7 to someone that is NOT or has not been a sales agent, AND have yourself purchased 49 Premium Top Text Ads for $7. You will then be qualified to earn on 7,000 levels for 70 days. To qualify again after 70 days you will need to make another $7 sale and another $7 purchase. You must have sold $7 worth of Top Text Ad Ads in the last 70 days to someone who is not (nor has been) a Sales Agent for Wom Vegas, to be qualified for commissions on levels 71 to 7,000. Any sales made to a customer who is using your AlertPay.com account or your credit cards to purchase Top Text Ad Ads will not be considered sales to a customer who is not a Sales Agent, because the purchase is actually made by you.
